Description

• Build responsive, user-friendly frontends using Svelte and SvelteKit

• Design and build new services, typically in Elixir, to power end-to-end features for partners

• Maintain and extend existing Elixir and Go-based microservices and ensure smooth integration with the broader platform

• Work across backend and frontend to deliver end-to-end partner-facing features

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and fellow engineers to shape partner-market functionality

• Navigate and contribute to the wider platform codebase and escalate to the platform team only when necessary

• Continuously improve systems, processes, and tooling to maintain rapid, high-quality delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years as a full-stack developer

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (ideally Svelte or SvelteKit)

• Solid backend experience with technologies such as Elixir, Go, PostgreSQL, event-driven architectures (Pulsar or Kafka), and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP or similar) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)

• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

• Strong written and verbal English skills

• Collaborative mindset and ability to take ownership

• Nice-to-haves: Experience with Elixir

• Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with Go or Go-based ecosystems

• Nice-to-haves: Experience building client-facing mobile apps for emerging markets

• Nice-to-haves: Previous experience in gaming or with high-traffic, real-time systems
