Web Engineer

Description

• Develop and maintain web applications and user interfaces using technologies like React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to build features that enhance advertiser workflows and experience.

• Work as part of a cross-functional team within AdCo, solving problems at scale for our users.

• You’ll work on scalable, secure, and accessible interfaces that help advertisers create and manage their campaigns.

• You’ll grow your technical breadth and impact by working closely with experienced teammates across design, product, and engineering.

Requirements

• You have a quality-focused mindset and are interested in all parts of software development: ideation, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, experimentation, and iteration.

• You have a solid foundation in frontend development, and hands-on experience with React or a similar framework.

• You are comfortable using TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend tooling (e.g., Webpack, testing libraries, CI/CD).

• You care about user experience and design, and enjoy collaborating with designers to create intuitive interfaces.

• You’re a strong communicator and collaborative teammate who values feedback, pairing, and collective problem solving.

• You take initiative and ownership over your work, while knowing when to ask for help and guidance.
