Description

• Develop and maintain our primary website and modern web applications • Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate services and applications • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code and documentation • Optimize website and application performance focusing on Core Web Vitals and page speed • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives • Work within Agile development workflows using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and sprint planning • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and deliver tailored solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional web development experience • Strong proficiency in PHP and WordPress development (theme/plugin customization, Roots/Bedrock framework, Gutenberg blocks) • Experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript with Node.js and NPM (or similar) package manager and bundlers like Webpack or Vite. • Solid understanding of frontend frameworks including Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap • Experience with MySQL and MongoDB including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling • Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA) and ADA compliance • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical team members
