Web Developer

Description

• Build modern web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. • Develop reusable, responsive, and accessible UI components. • Integrate and manage content from a headless CMS, preferably Storyblok. • Consume REST APIs to deliver dynamic user experiences. • Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Marketing, Content teams, QA, and external development agencies to deliver customer-focused solutions. • Participate in stakeholder discussions to understand business requirements, ask thoughtful questions, and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Take ownership of features from planning through deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals. • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application quality. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Share ideas, contribute to technical discussions, and help foster a collaborative engineering culture.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional front-end development experience. • Strong experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript. • Experience working with a headless CMS. • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. • Experience integrating REST APIs. • Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results while working independently in a remote environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership of work. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
