UI/UX Engineer

Description

• Design and prototype product interfaces through mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. • Translate designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive implementations in React, Typescript, and Next.js. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine user journeys and ensure high usability. • Contribute to the overall design system, ensuring consistency across products and components. • Implement smooth animations, transitions, and interactions to improve user experience. • Continuously test, iterate, and improve the UI based on user feedback. • Stay up-to-date with best practices in UI/UX design, frontend engineering, and Web3 tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/Frontend Engineering, ideally with exposure to design responsibilities. • Proficiency in React, Typescript, and Next.js. • Strong design skills with experience in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. • Ability to create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that communicate design intent effectively. • Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries. • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX principles. • Attention to detail and ability to balance visual design with performance and usability. • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment with a globally distributed team. • Bonus: Interest or experience in Web3, cryptography, or decentralized protocols.
