## Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer role • Strong experience with Node.js / TypeScript • Proven experience with cloud-native solutions on GCP • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and APIs • Hands-on Kubernetes experience • Experience with IVR and voice bot technologies • Strong collaboration skills • Excellent technical judgment and problem-solving skills
