## Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack experience (Strong Node.js, React, and TypeScript experience required) • Experience with relational databases like Postgres • Proven experience owning and building systems from scratch (0 → 1) in production environments • Strong backend and system design skills, with the ability to make tradeoffs around scalability, performance, and reliability • Experience owning architecture end-to-end across backend, frontend, and infrastructure • Hands-on experience with AWS • Experience building and scaling production-grade, user-facing applications with real usage and performance considerations • Experience working in fast-paced or early-stage environments where ambiguity is high • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to hiring or team growth • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive projects forward
