Staff Software Engineer

Description

• We are looking for a tech-savvy Staff Software Engineer to drive our web application development for our ERP product serving the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex web applications

• Deep expertise in Vue.js for building modern, responsive UIs Advanced backend development skills in Go (GoLang), including API design and performance tuning Proficient in TypeScript, with a solid grasp of modern JavaScript/ES6+ standards

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and managing relational data models

• Strong architectural thinking with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and cloud-native design Proven ability to drive technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and uphold high engineering standards

• Comfortable working in agile environments, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating cross-functionally

• Experience with CI/CD,

• Docker/Kubernetes strongly preferred Experience integrating AI tools into the development workflow Bachelor’s in Computer Science
