Description

• Leading the architecture and delivery of foundational systems across Levellr’s AI and data platform • Designing and evolving relational systems to process millions of Discord and Reddit messages • Collaborating with product, design, customer success, and leadership • Building patterns, writing clear PRs, and helping the team move faster • Shipping the next sensible version, getting it into real usage

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong experience in TypeScript and Node.js • PostgreSQL as a real strength • Proven at-scale experience with customer-facing LLMs • Hands-on experience with production AI or LLM-powered systems • Experience designing, tuning and evolving relational systems at scale • Staff-level autonomy in technical decision-making • Systems thinking across product, data, infrastructure, and team velocity
