About the job

Companies can’t handle their contracts. Their obligations, risks and liabilities are trapped in PDFs and Word Documents — designed to be read by humans, one-at-a-time, in files and folders. These contracts are critical, yet most companies don’t know how many they have, never mind what’s in them.

Our service is simple: give us your contracts, and we’ll organise them into a verifiably accurate online database. That’s it.

Underneath, it’s a little more sophisticated: our team of in-house Document Programmers use bespoke tooling to help them organise contracts, capture information and encode relationships.

Our organisation-specific schema allows us to build tailored databases for our customers. And we distill documents down to their text and structure, whether it’s a digital PDF or a scan-of-a-scan of a handwritten Portuguese lease from the 1800’s.

Your job is to solve problems with beautiful work: technically simple, visually stunning, and effortless to use.

Our customers love us, and we’re profitable. But we want to do more — which is where you come in.
