Software Engineer, Frontend

Description

• Partner with our Backend and Product teams to build a highly responsive and intuitive web app • Help craft the frontend for features that connect software tools, aggregate and report on data • Implement reusable components and libraries, build and maintain a style guide for app consistency • Drive efforts to continuously improve the efficiency, stability, and scalability of our software • Help define and grow our engineering culture, processes and tools

Requirements

• 2+ years building web applications at scale • Strong understanding of React fundamentals, experience in optimizing for performance and scalability • Experience developing consumer-facing or web applications that serve a large user base, demonstrating an ability to maintain performance under heavy usage • Strong grasp of component-based architecture and state management patterns; experience with state management libraries • Proficiency with modern technologies like React, Javascript, Next.js, TypeScript/Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL and RESTful APIs • The motivation and drive to be a self-starter, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and [very] rapidly evolving roadmap • Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic
