Description

• Own and continuously evolve a secure compliance pipeline for games and platform changes • Defend shipped products and platform systems before certification labs, ISO assessors, auditors, and regulators • Manage the technical side of game certification from math package review through lab submission and certification • Produce build hashes, PAR sheets, configuration snapshots, and version manifests • Answer technical lab questions independently • Confirm certification deficiencies are closed before games pass the pre-release gate • Replace manual evidence collection, one-off screenshots, and tribal knowledge with engineered controls • Automate controls, improve audit trails, and shorten the path from ready-to-ship to auditor-ready • Learn and document certification and evidence processes • Prepare and submit certification evidence packs • Assemble evidence to answer auditor or lab questions • Identify high-friction pipeline steps and replace them with engineered controls • Document the ISO evidence map and platform controls • Run certification submissions, track deficiencies, and obtain certificates • Sign off compliance evidence at certification and pre-release gates • Present an ISO evidence hygiene plan and initial SOC 2 control-gap plan • Collaborate with math, QA, platform, and SRE teams

Requirements

• 3+ years writing production code • Comfortable reading someone else's codebase and forming an independent opinion about what it does • Strong Node.js and TypeScript • Experience with game math packages, engine integration, rules and bets migrations, test suites, or compliance automation • Experience working for an iGaming game provider, lottery, or another business where products require certification • Experience turning manual, high-stakes processes into engineered pipelines with automated evidence, versioned artefacts, and fail-closed gates • Ability to use SQL against a production analytics store • Log investigation and understanding of metrics pipelines • Ability to distinguish a real control failure from a broken dashboard • Ability to answer auditors' questions precisely using requested evidence • Ability to route regulatory interpretation or commercial consequence questions to the Head of Compliance • Clear, durable documentation skills • Comfortable rejecting releases that do not pass the gate • Precise attention to version numbers and audit trails • English proficiency required on the application form • Must not be located in the United States, Canada, or Australia
