• Collaborating with our internal team (including the CEO!) or working directly with clients to define, design, and ship new features.

• Managing multiple projects, where prioritization, autonomy, and clear communication are key. 

• Serving as a technical leader within the team, helping set direction and mentor others. 

• Conducting clear, professional communication while engaging with internal stakeholders and clients.

## Requirements

• Strong WordPress skills (theme customization, plugin use/dev, etc.)

• Comfort with how the internet works (DNS, SSL, CDNs, caching, etc.) 

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript 

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g. React)

• Familiarity with REST APIs

• Use of additional CMSs like Shopify, Prismic, or Cascade

• Knowledge of web performance, accessibility, and UX standards

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc. 

• Comfort working in remote environments
