Senior Web Developer, Designer

Description

• Design, build, and ship production AI features and agentic systems • Establish evaluations, tracing, monitoring, and guardrails for AI features and agents • Maintain and extend the internal agent fleet and tools used by Marketing and Sales • Write production Python services, APIs, data pipelines, and automations • Build performant, responsive, and accessible TypeScript/React front ends using Next.js • Design page layouts, component libraries, and scalable design systems • Optimize Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, environments, Git workflows, code reviews, branching, and releases • Harden security with least-privilege roles, secret management, WAF/CDN rules, and OWASP Top 10 mitigations • Build and maintain integrations across Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, tag management, customer data, experimentation platforms, and data layers • Instrument campaigns and digital properties for lead capture, routing, attribution, conversion tracking, and consent • Automate manual marketing operations while determining where human review is needed • Use AI tools for ideation, wireframing, content generation, asset production, and QA with responsible human review • Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Maintain compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience building and shipping production software and digital experiences, including front-end and back-end ownership • Production Python expertise for services, APIs, scripts, data pipelines, and third-party integrations • Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript proficiency • Production React experience, including Next.js • Hands-on experience building agentic systems with CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, or LangChain • Experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool/function calling, retrieval/RAG, memory/state, and structured output • LLM API integration, prompt/context engineering, and evaluation of output quality • Working familiarity with MCP servers, vector databases, and embeddings • Marketing technology experience with marketing automation, CRM, GA4, and tag management • WordPress proficiency, including custom themes/plugins, Gutenberg blocks, ACF or equivalent, PHP 8+, and MySQL • Clean semantic HTML and modern CSS, including Flexbox and Grid • Experience maintaining a design system and component library • Database fundamentals with Postgres or MySQL, including performance tuning and troubleshooting • Core Web Vitals and performance optimization experience • WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility implementation and testing • Git workflows, environments, CI/CD, Docker, deployment, CDN, and caching configuration • Fluency with AI-assisted development/design tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot • Publicly accessible GitHub, personal website, or professional portfolio with code samples and at least one shipped agentic or AI-powered project • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship
