• Own the OpenDash 360 UI experience layer and evolve the front-end architecture of the enterprise training and readiness platform • Build interfaces for readiness dashboards, competency visualizations, assessment flows, and administration workflows • Establish and enforce front-end standards for component architecture, state management, typed API contracts, testing, and code reviews • Create and maintain a reusable component library and design language • Turn dense readiness, competency, and assessment data into clear, actionable interfaces and visualizations • Own render performance, bundle size, and load behavior • Work within GitOps and CI/CD pipelines using small batches, automated tests, and frequent deployments • Collaborate with product, design, backend, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped interfaces • Mentor engineers as the team grows
• 7+ years building production web applications, including senior or lead work on a complex, long-lived front-end codebase • Deep modern Angular expertise required, including standalone components, signals or RxJS-based state, dependency injection, routing, lazy loading, and performance tuning • React experience strongly preferred, including hooks, modern rendering patterns, and component composition • Expert-level TypeScript, including strong typing discipline, generics, and typed front-end/API contracts • Front-end architecture judgment covering state management, module boundaries, build tooling, and dependency choices • Unit, component, and end-to-end testing experience • Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs on Node.js/Express backends • Comfort with GitOps and CI/CD • Self-starter bias for action • Strong communication skills • Must be a US citizen authorized to work in the United States; role is US-remote • Nice-to-have: design system or component library ownership at scale • Nice-to-have: micro-frontend or modular monolith front-end architectures • Nice-to-have: enterprise learning, training, LMS, assessment, or workforce analytics platform experience • Nice-to-have: SCORM/xAPI, SSO/SAML/OIDC, or role-based access control familiarity • Nice-to-have: government, DoD, or regulated-environment software delivery experience • Nice-to-have: AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor • Nice-to-have: AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes familiarity
