Senior / Staff Engineer

Description

Plan and deliver large new product features in collaboration with the CTO and product team. Investigate and fix high-impact bugs and performance issues across a full stack of web applications. Ship improvements that harden scalability, reliability, and developer experience. Contribute to architectural decisions, translating high-level goals into practical, stable implementations. Collaborate with the CTO and Dev Team Lead to leverage and evolve team-wide AI-assisted development workflows to increase speed and maintain quality. Strengthen platform foundations — CI/CD pipelines, QA coverage, observability, monitoring, and incident processes. Help improve internal tooling and code-quality standards.

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in modern, full-stack JavaScript / TypeScript (React, Next.js, Node, or similar). Experience building or scaling SaaS or low-code platforms. Proven ability to design and scale high-performance, resilient systems using modern cloud and edge architectures (e.g., Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, AWS Lambda) and SQL databases (Supabase, Clickhouse etc). Deep commitment to constantly evolving AI-native engineering workflows and modern dev-tooling trends. Pragmatic engineering judgment and startup mentality — knowing when to refactor vs. ship. Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working async in a remote team.
