• Design, develop, and test software applications and features using C#, React/NextJs, and JavaScript/TypeScript • Design, implement, and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests • Deliver new functionality during two-week sprints • Anticipate needs and initiate solutions before issues become problems • Create and maintain technical documentation • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and product experts in a cross-functional scrum team • Assist with feature scope and estimation • Propose, prototype, and champion technologies and processes for integration solutions • Mentor software team members • Establish quality development patterns and practices • Propose alternate designs to improve time-to-market or reduce cost or complexity • Explore and recommend technologies, patterns, and methods for technical and product roadmaps • Recommend standards and best practices for performance, usability, reliability, adaptability, security, legal, and operational requirements • Participate in the team on-call rotation during evenings, weekends, or holidays • Review work for quality and maintain high standards • Support company values through positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders • Participate in strategic business initiatives and special cross-functional projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of professional experience as a software developer in an agile product team • Demonstrated experience in C#, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript • Demonstrated experience in MSSQL and Entity Framework • Proficiency collaborating with UX designers to translate designs into working software • Proficiency creating and consuming RESTful APIs • Proficiency in unit testing • Experience working with cloud-native applications • Ability to participate in team on-call rotation during evenings, weekends, or holidays • Ability to proactively address challenges and pursue continuous improvement • Ability to contribute effectively with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment • Ability to adapt to dynamic project needs while maintaining quality and focus • Authentication experience with OIDC, OAuth, or SAML appreciated but not strictly required • NextJS experience appreciated but not strictly required • ExpressJS experience appreciated but not strictly required • Experience building pipelines and with DevOps practices appreciated but not strictly required • Must have primary residence in one of: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wisconsin • Must be authorized to work in the United States
