About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join our team and take ownership of building sophisticated and intuitive user interfaces for AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with our design and back-end teams to deliver seamless and scalable web applications, while also providing leadership in UI/UX management. This role requires a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience to deliver cutting-edge applications that align with our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex front-end solutions for AI-driven applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure high-quality, user-friendly interfaces that meet design standards and enhance user satisfaction.
• Translate wireframes, mockups, and design specifications into functional web components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Manage and mentor junior front-end developers, fostering best practices in coding, design, and performance optimization.
• Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility for web applications.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot front-end issues, implementing solutions that align with the project timeline.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end development and design.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing UI/UX efforts or leading design collaborations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks, particularly React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Deep understanding of CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., Styled Components).
• Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of front-end build tools and pipelines (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite).
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and understanding of design systems.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and performance optimization.
• Exposure to AI and Machine Learning concepts is a plus.
