Senior Software Engineer

Description

• Build resilient and scalable APIs for Aetna Health customers using cloud technologies • Partner and collaborate with managers, architects, quality assurance, and project teams • Maintain a user-centric approach in design and practice • Develop software components and implement functionalities according to product requirements • Write and execute comprehensive test cases, conduct code reviews, and perform debugging • Participate in SAFe agile or other development methodologies • Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • 3+ years of NodeJS development with TypeScript or Javascript • 3+ years of Cloud Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) • 2+ years of experience with domain driven design (DDD) and microservice architectures • 2+ years of experience designing architectural solutions based off product requirements and considerations for both server and client needs • 2+ years of experience with monitoring and observability and building scalable services • 2+ years of experience implementing various database solutions (SQL/NoSQL DB)
