• 7+ years work experience • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork skills • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, Node.js, Python, Go) • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, JavaScript) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and containerization • Experience with REST and/or GraphQL API development • Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals—data structures, algorithms, design patterns
