• Learn service layout, CI/CD, observability, engineering conventions and practices • Ship a small feature slice or quality-of-life improvement in one service • Take ownership of a service or capability across the product • Lead cross-service initiative, shaping technical direction with design docs and mentoring • Partner with product and compliance for pragmatic regulation-aware tradeoffs

## Requirements

• Senior Software Engineer with backend focus • Experience with Go and TypeScript/Node.js/Javascript  • Knowledge of gRPC and REST services • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka • Understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform • Ability to engage in fast startup environment
