Senior React Developer

• This is a remote position

• Introduction: We are looking for a Senior React & React Native developer

• The Developer is responsible for guiding the technical direction of projects while ensuring high-quality software delivery

• This role combines hands-on development, technical mentoring, and architecture decision-making

• The Developer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable, maintainable solutions

• They are expected to uphold and promote best practices in code quality, performance, and security, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence across the team

• Responsibilities: Analyze assigned requirements, contribute to estimates, and assist in creating technical documentation

• Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods

• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Develop and maintain APIs

• Develop mobile and web front-end components, integrating with APIs and third-party services

• Implement, test, maintain, and operate services involving complex databases, following established design guidelines

• Building reusable components and libraries for future use; Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code; Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• Participate in code reviews, contribute to ensuring quality, and assist in troubleshooting issues

• Participate in code reviews, support quality assurance, and assist in triage/debugging

• Support release activities by ensuring developed features are ready for deployment and identifying potential technical issues

• Contribute to deployment processes

• Monitor assigned components for performance and contribute to continuous improvements

• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI development using Javascript based frameworks

• 3+ years of experience with React / React Native

• Fluency in English is a must

• Expert level with Typescript

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax

• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code

• Rock-solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts

• Familiarity with building pipeline and automated deployment

• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage

• Experience with automated testing suites
