Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – React Native

Description

• Own mobile features end-to-end, from scoping and stakeholder identification through delivery • Own the full release cycle, including versioning, build pipelines, App Store and Google Play submissions, review responses, and rollbacks • Build and maintain shared mobile architecture for multiple custom-branded client apps • Debug across the React Native and native boundary • Keep apps ahead of iOS and Android platform requirements • Contribute to system design and uphold standards for code quality, testing, and reliability • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with teammates on technical challenges • Communicate with team members, leadership, and clients to deliver business outcomes

Requirements

• 4+ years building and shipping production mobile applications, with significant depth in React Native and TypeScript • Personally shipped apps to both the App Store and Google Play and owned the release and review process • Comfortable working in native code, including Xcode and Android Studio output, native dependency and SDK issues, and platform-specific bugs • Experience with offline behavior, deep linking, push notifications, secure local storage, and performance profiling • Solid foundation in Node.js, tRPC, MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL, and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CDK) • Comfortable scoping work, identifying edge cases, and challenging requirements without heavy product management support • Passionate about system design, code quality, type-safety, and long-term maintainability • Clear communicator who values collaboration and contributes to a positive, inclusive team culture • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to balance speed with quality • Strong web-based React front-end skills (bonus) • Experience with white-label or multi-tenant mobile apps (bonus) • Experience in regulated domains such as healthcare (bonus) • Based in or open to relocating to the Phoenix area (bonus)
