Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable applications in an Azure cloud environment • Build full-stack solutions using Python, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservice architectures • Modify and enhance existing applications; contribute to product delivery through coding and pull request reviews • Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including LLM integrations, RAG, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation, using platforms such as Azure OpenAI • Implement and maintain AI orchestration and inference pipelines, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, observability, and responsible usage • Apply software engineering best practices (testing, monitoring, CI/CD, observability, secure SDLC) to production systems, including AI-driven applications • Evaluate and prototype emerging AI tools and frameworks; leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, and code review • Ensure data privacy, security, governance, and compliance when building and deploying AI-enabled functionality • Independently define and prioritize goals and tasks in a fast-paced agile product environment with small, focused teams • Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders to align on design plans, troubleshoot production issues, and drive durable solutions • Mentor engineers on software engineering best practices, cloud-native architecture, and AI integration patterns • Propose solutions to complex problems, build consensus among the team, and influence technical direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience using Python and building cloud-native applications in Azure (AWS experience also considered) • Experience developing modern web applications with React and JavaScript/TypeScript • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and application architecture • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs • Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) • Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring other engineers • Experience working in Agile development environments • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software development best practices • Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications, including Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, or vector databases • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes preferred • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
