• Work collaboratively to break down and implement new features. Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and well-documented code.
• Take ownership of your work, partnering with QA to ensure that the appropriate parts of the application are tested and that tests are complete.
• Establish standards and advocate for performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
• Identify technical debt and collaborate with the team to minimize it.
• Direct and support decisions for new frameworks and technical direction.
• Review PRs and provide constructive, pointed feedback to help fellow team members grow.
• Collaborate with the Bitwarden open-source community to review community contributions and address issues in Github.
• Extensive experience with Angular, TypeScript,javascript and RxJS for front-end development.
• Experience with Rust for cross-platform SDK development. Proficiency with .NET Core and C# for backend services.
• Deep understanding of relational database design, optimization, and SQL Server.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset.
• Openness and authenticity combined with excellent communication skills.
• Excitement and enthusiasm for open source and for better internet security. Excellent problem-solving skills – you might not know all the answers, but you know how to find and communicate the solution.
