## Description

• Deliver user-facing features with React/Next.js

• Implement BFF/API integrations in Node/TypeScript

• Clarify requirements with Product/Design; break down work

• Write reliable, maintainable code with tests and docs

• Improve performance, accessibility, and UX 

• Contribute to component library/design system 

• Add observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and handle incidents 

• Strengthen CI/CD and code review practices

• Follow security best practices (OWASP, CSP, CSRF/XSS)

## Requirements

• 5+ years building modern web apps 

• Strong React + Javascript + TypeScript; solid Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG/ISR)

• Node.js/BFF experience; REST/GraphQL consumption

• State management (React Query, Redux/Zustand) and CSS approaches

• Testing with Jest/Vitest, RTL, and Playwright/Cypress

• Performance and a11y fundamentals (Core Web Vitals, WCAG) 

• Cloud deployment basics (Vercel/AWS) and CI/CD 

• Observability tools (Sentry/Datadog) familiarity 

• Security-minded; healthcare/HIPAA exposure is a plus 

• Clear communication and collaboration skills
