Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Description

• Build scalable, secure applications that help millions learn cybersecurity • Take ambiguous product problems from concept through design, implementation, and production deployment • Design scalable, reliable, and secure RESTful APIs and modern frontend interfaces • Work directly with product managers and designers to shape solutions • Own features end-to-end, from database schemas to UI polish • Conduct code reviews and participate in system design discussions • Mentor fellow engineers and elevate squad quality • Validate solutions using data, user feedback, and experimentation • Build enterprise SSO, granular RBAC, licensing engines, syllabus mapping, and skill analytics in the B2B squad • Develop progression mechanics, leagues, streaks, personalised discovery, and A/B experiments in the Engagement squad • Scale Stripe payment rails, cloud VM delivery tools, internal support systems, and platform performance in the Platform squad • Build certifications and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Content Engineering in the Certification squad

Requirements

• Strong commercial full-stack experience building production SaaS applications • Advanced TypeScript, Node.js, and React experience • MongoDB/SQL fundamentals • Experience using modern AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude • Technical judgment to critically evaluate and test AI-generated code • Ability to work with high ownership and autonomy in fast-paced environments • Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical teammates • Strong interest in cybersecurity, online education, or an active TryHackMe profile is a bonus • Must be UK / EU based with strong overlap with UK business hours
