Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Description

• Build core infrastructure powering autonomous business operations for thousands of companies worldwide

• Develop AI-powered autonomous agents for cold email campaigns, sales development, call analysis, lead qualification, and related workflows using LLMs and advanced AI orchestration

• Build scalable systems: real-time dashboards, usage-based billing, CRM integrations, and workflow automation tools

• Ship end-to-end full-stack features using modern stack (interactive data tables to complex AI agent orchestration systems)

• Create enterprise integrations while maintaining SOC2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR compliance standards

• Deploy code to production rapidly (hours) and iterate with cutting-edge AI technologies

• Collaborate with product and leadership, including CTO/co-founder, to deliver features that automate revenue creation and improve performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development with modern web technologies

• Expert-level Next.js (13+ with App Router)

• Strong TypeScript/JS proficiency

• Expert React skills

• Familiarity with AI SDKs, LLM integration, or autonomous agent development (preferred)

• Strong understanding of scalable architecture, database design, and performance optimization

• Experience designing systems for high-growth applications

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

• Track record of building features that drive measurable business impact and user engagement

• Experience with Tailwind CSS

• Experience with Tanstack/React Query

• Nice-to-have: Hono.js, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Mastra.ai, Inngest, Vercel, Cloudflare deployments
