• Build and ship robust backend services and frontends with real product impact
• Ensure systems are scalable, performant and easy to maintain
• Collaborate across teams to integrate services and deliver end-to-end value
• Model business domains into clean, performant data structures
• Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices to help them grow
• Collaborate with other engineers and lead technical delivery on initiatives within a domain or project
• Lead by example in engineering excellence, pragmatism and shared ownership.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack products with TypeScript (and JavaScript)
• Strong backend development skills with Node.js
• Frontend experience with one or more modern frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular), and not tied to a specific stack
• Solid experience designing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Familiar with testing practices, performance tuning, and scalable design principles
• Proficient in data modeling and working with SQL/NoSQL databases
• You're proactive, results-driven, and excited to work in a fast-growing tech scale-up
• You're a strong team player who values collaboration and shared success
• Nice to have: • Built systems for secure, performant access at scale
• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD, DevOps, public cloud (like GCP)
