Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description

• Design and implement an enterprise-grade agentic development environment using Kiro or similar platforms. • Establish multi-agent workflows supporting requirements generation, design, code generation, testing, and documentation. • Create scalable development patterns and reusable frameworks for application delivery. • Lead rapid MVP and proof-of-concept development initiatives. • Validate and refine concepts through iterative AI-assisted development cycles. • Develop reusable application templates, Angular component libraries, Node.js service frameworks, AI agent workflows, and prompt libraries. • Standardize architecture and development practices across teams. • Drive adoption of AI-native development practices across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular. • Expertise in software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. • Experience building developer platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or platform engineering solutions. • Proven experience delivering rapid prototypes, MVPs, and innovation initiatives. • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks. • Ability to work effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders. • Experience with agentic AI platforms, AI coding tools, or multi-agent frameworks.
