Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Acquisition

Description

• Givebutter is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Growth team, focusing on acquisition.

• You'll own experiments that directly impact our nonprofit acquisition funnel and activation rates.

• Working in a high-tempo experimentation culture, you'll ship fast and learn from real user behavior.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Engineering experience working in-house to build web applications at scale

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React

• Experience with PHP and MVC frameworks (Laravel preferred but not required)

• Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, and experimentation platforms

• Comfort with SQL and data analysis to measure experiment impact

• Track record of working on cross-functional teams with Product and Design

• Experience debugging code and applications in production

• Ability to balance speed of iteration with code quality and technical debt
