Senior Full Stack Developer

Description

• Design and build applications, micro-services, and infrastructure for the Rethink First platform • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications • Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation • Use AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot as the day-to-day toolset • Help the team get more value from AI tools without compromising code quality or security • Analyze and optimize applications for efficiency and performance • Promote robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and high-quality delivery on a tight schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science • 5+ years’ development experience • Proficient with C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript • 3+ years’ experience with Azure or AWS cloud technologies • Experience developing and deploying infrastructure as code (IaC) • Deep understanding of domain and event-driven design • Knowledge of modern architecture patterns • Understanding of design principles, algorithms, and data structures • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git • Experience writing and automating unit tests and integration tests • Daily hands-on use of AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot as a primary workflow component • Demonstrated fluency in AI-assisted workflows, including effective prompting, reviewing and correcting AI-generated code, and knowing when not to rely on AI • Remote work requires residence in one of: Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming
