• Build production-grade React applications with TypeScript • Develop and maintain a shared component library • Build rich interfaces for structured engineering data, including requirements with traceability, phase/gate tracking, dependency graphs, task boards, and version-controlled project plans • Build interfaces for AI agent interactions, including streaming chat, proactive coordination alerts, and AI-generated status summaries and deliverables • Implement portfolio-level dashboards showing cross-project cost, schedule, and risk • Write well-tested code with unit and end-to-end tests • Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration and client SDK usage • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices • Work alongside the engineering team and head of product to shape the user experience of Reflow, an AI-powered platform for hardware product development
• 5+ years building production web applications, with 3+ years focused on React • Demonstrated proficiency using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude • Expert-level expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript • Strong experience with component-driven development, design systems, and tools like Storybook • Proficiency with CSS frameworks, preferably Tailwind CSS, and responsive design • Experience with modern build tools such as Vite or esbuild • Understanding of API integration patterns including REST, OpenAPI, and generated clients • Ability to balance rapid iteration with maintainable, well-tested code • U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident/current Green Card holder, or lawfully admitted refugee or person granted asylum in the U.S. • Familiarity with hardware development, engineering workflows, or project management processes (highly valuable) • Experience building UIs for AI/LLM-powered features (highly valuable) • Familiarity with headless component libraries such as Base UI, Radix, or Headless UI (highly valuable) • Background in data visualization or dashboard-heavy applications (highly valuable) • Understanding of OIDC and JWT authentication/authorization patterns (highly valuable) • Experience with Playwright or Cypress (highly valuable) • Background in B2B SaaS platforms, project management tools, or technical collaboration products (highly valuable)
