Senior Frontend Engineer

Description

• Architect and build high-performance, production-grade UI in React, Redux or similar state management, and TypeScript • Use AI across the delivery lifecycle and establish guardrails for generated-code review, provenance, licensing, and customer-data prompts • Design and build front-end interfaces integrating AI-powered features such as chat, content generation, and smart recommendations • Own performance, scalability, and reliability of high-traffic, customer-facing applications • Partner with product, design, and backend engineers to take features from concept to production quickly • Set and enforce frontend engineering standards for component reuse, design-system consistency, testing coverage, and code review rigor • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on architecture, debugging, and modern React patterns • Drive continuous delivery practices and ship iteratively based on real user feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping modern, production-grade web applications at scale • Deep expertise in React, Redux/modern state management, and TypeScript • Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 fundamentals • AI-augmented delivery experience across the delivery lifecycle • Ability to select appropriate AI models for different problems and identify where not to use them • Experience reviewing AI-generated code and establishing guardrails for generated-code review, provenance and licensing checks, and customer-data prompt boundaries • Experience integrating REST APIs and working within microservices-based architectures • Comfortable with Jest/Cypress testing frameworks • Experience building or maintaining component libraries and design systems • Track record of owning technical outcomes end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Experience operating in a high-scale SaaS or consumer platform environment • Bonus: Next.js experience and prior work integrating LLM-powered or AI-driven product features
