Description

• Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using React, modern JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Drive the adoption of efficient state management and modular build processes (e.g., Webpack, module federation). • Design resilient, failure-tolerant systems that account for load, performance, and web security (CORS, CSP, OWASP). • Ship complex, high-quality code to production in a timely manner to meet crucial business expectations. • Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability by deeply tuning the event loop and rendering steps (style, layout, paint, composite). • Validate code reliability by building out comprehensive testing infrastructure (Jest, React Testing Library, unit/integration testing). • Mentor junior developers and elevate team standards through thorough, constructive code reviews. • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Delivery Managers to align technical execution with overarching business goals. • Unblock the team by debugging deeply rooted technical issues and creating Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior frontend engineering role with a strong track record of shipping complex, user-facing web applications. • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (event loop, closures, async programming) and advanced TypeScript (generics, advanced types). • Strong command of React core concepts, component lifecycle, rendering optimization, and modern state managers (Redux, Zustand, etc.). • Expert knowledge of the browser rendering pipeline, DOM manipulation, semantic HTML5, and CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less). • Proficiency in configuring build tools (Webpack) and writing comprehensive automated tests. • The ability to clearly articulate complex architectural decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Upper-Intermediate+ English and fluent Ukrainian.
