Senior Frontend Developer

Description

• Lead the development of responsive, high-performance frontend applications in React and Vue frameworks

• Take ownership of frontend architecture, coding standards, and documentation across React and Vue ecosystems

• Collaborate with design, backend, and QA teams to prioritize user experience, accessibility, and maintainability

• Develop with Next.js, Nuxt.js, React Router, Vue Router, Pinia, Zustand/Redux, and related tools

• Integrate frontend apps with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Strapi, Sanity) and APIs (REST/GraphQL)

• Build reusable UI libraries and components aligned with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)

• Optimize frontend performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility

• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and development workflows

• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices

• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-quality deliverables under tight timelines

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development using React and Vue.js

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

• Expertise with Next.js, Nuxt.js, React Router, Vue Router, custom hooks, HOCs

• Experience with state management: Pinia, Zustand, Redux

• Experience building dynamic, content-driven applications with headless CMSs (Contentful, Strapi, Sanity)

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitFlow, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Vitest, RTL)

• Cross-browser debugging and performance optimization experience

• Fluent technical communication in English and Spanish (B2+ reading, writing & conversation)

• Ability to work UTC-6 schedule (must be able to work on a UTC-6 schedule)

• Strong collaboration, leadership, mentoring, and code review experience in multicultural remote teams

• Immediate availability preferred
