Senior Frontend Developer Angular

Role Summary

As a Senior Frontend Developer (m/f/d), you are significantly involved in the further development, maintenance and modernisation and the success of our products - depending on the team, the focus is on our internal systems for the recording of media material, the enrichment with metadata for research or Material search for journalists, until provision for editing for subsequent display on TV or our digital content platforms

Based on your interests, we will find the right project for you together and you will develop flexible and modular solutions in a team based on existing and future media workflows. You have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with new tech stacks, or become a full-stack developer. To further develop NET Core

You can expect a modern front-end tech stack with Angular, Typescript, SaaS and Docker as well as complex and distributed systems whose microservices communicate via REST and message queues.

You apply quality assurance measures and always keep an eye on performance, scalability, ease of use and design

Your profile

• You have 6+ years of professional experience as a software engineer or a comparable completed degree/training
• You have in-depth experience in Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript as well as a comprehensive understanding of web technologies
• You are familiar with OWASP and clean code principles and always pay attention to high quality and robustness
• Experience with microfrontends and architectures for structuring complex frontends is also an advantage
• You have experience with agile development methods such as SCRUM and/or Kanban and stand behind agile values
• You are a team player and your targeted way of working, communication and teamwork as well as initiative, commitment and flexibility complete your profile
• You have a good knowledge of German and English
