Senior Front-End Engineer, React

Description

• Build AI-driven, dynamic user experiences that adapt and personalize at scale • Build front-end interfaces that integrate LLM-powered features (chat, content generation, smart recommendations) • Rapidly prototype new product concepts and iterate based on user feedback • Leverage agentic AI systems to generate, test, and optimize UI code in real time • Move from concept → prototype → production within days • Design front-end systems integrated with AI-powered backends and APIs • Own performance, scalability, and reliability of high-traffic applications • Collaborate cross-functionally to ship continuously, not episodically • Drive innovation in AI-assisted UI generation and intelligent user journeys

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building modern web applications • Strong expertise in React, Redux, React Hooks, Next.js, and TypeScript • Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 • LLM API integration experience • Tailwind CSS, testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress), and design system/component library experience • Experience working with REST APIs and microservices-based systems • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum environments • Experience in high-scale SaaS or platform environments • Hands-on building AI-assisted development tools • Strong understanding of APIs, performance, and scalable architecture • Thrive in environments where: • o speed > perfection • o ambiguity is expected • o ownership is end-to-end
