Description

• Collaborate within a growing team to develop and maintain full-stack Typescript production-grade web applications.

• Utilize your expertise in JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React and Redux to deliver features on time and of high quality.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of agile fundamentals, contributing to an efficient and collaborative development process.

• Work with backend engineers, consulting on the contract design amongst other things, to ensure the API’s are fit for purpose.

• Having an eye for detail and empathy for the end-user, putting yourself in their shoes, and working with UX to deliver impactful user experiences.

Requirements

• Significant experience building and maintaining full-stack JavaScript production-grade web applications.

• Hands-on commercial experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

• Understanding of the functional programming paradigm and its real-world usage, as well as other patterns, e.g., the “singleton pattern”, where appropriate.

• A team player who can work with various people across the business, as well as being comfortable with autonomy.

• An understanding that success is not a lone wolf activity, the whole team succeeds together, so team cohesion and maintaining a good culture, which will also be your responsibility, is just as important as your technical proficiency.

• Experience working with APIs and services and 3rd party providers / SDKs.

• Able to operate with limited information, the ability to identify where there are gaps and close them, with a focus on delivery, as well as ensuring any risks are properly communicated
