• What does a Senior Backend Developer do at redbee?

• Develops software under the Scrum Methodology, producing high quality features that adhere to the acceptance criteria.

• Review the code of other people on the team to ensure high quality development and under best practises.

• Collaborate with Managers to implement end-to-end solutions for complex projects.

• Maintains and supports the applications it builds.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience as a fullstack developer.

• Have worked in technology startups or agile teams (ideally with experience in US companies). USA).

• Advanced/bilingual English level (100% remote and asynchronous work with English-speaking clients).

• Native Spanish level or equivalent.

• Solid experience in JavaScript, TypeScript and SQL.

• Experience with frameworks and tools such as Next.js, React, Supabase.

• Ability to work in asynchronous environments, with autonomy, responsibility and focus on delivery.

• Good written and oral communication skills.
