• Designing and implementing scalable and efficient software architectures;
• Writing, testing, and debugging complex code for new and existing software applications;
• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members;
• Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices;
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for software development and system design;
• Leading and managing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality;
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals;
• Researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve software performance and development processes;
• Identifying and resolving complex software issues and technical challenges;
• Developing and enforcing testing protocols to ensure software reliability and performance;
• Driving continuous improvement in software development practices and processes;
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts and project updates;
• Delivering code to production in a timely manner according to business expectations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role;
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, state managers, build tools, package managers, and web testing frameworks;
• Understanding of cloud computing, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes);
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, SQL, and database optimization techniques;
• Understanding of system analysis and design, microservice and monolith architectures, and resilient system patterns;
• Knowledge of networking, security principles, authentication/authorization, and IAM concepts;
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, version control (Git), testing frameworks, and code review processes;
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making;
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Understanding of browser internals, SPA/static web pages, client-server architecture, REST API, SSR, web security, and UI/UX patterns;
• Ability to analyze code, debug complex issues, optimize performance, and develop proofs of concept (POC);
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
