Senior Developer

MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Senior Developer – Braze – Typescript for a permanent role with a client of ours located in Vancouver. This role is 100% remote and open to anyone across Canada.

Salary Range $130k to $165k

Responsibilities

• Proactive collaboration in the project team to help develop the product using your experience to help guide the team through the entire development lifecycl
• eEnsuring code quality and governanc
• eEnsuring engineers follow any patterns/designs set out and agreed with project lead
• sPlanning, estimating, and contributing to the architecture, coding, and developmen
• tRefactoring and continuous improvements of the codebase
• sEnsuring that technical decisions and information are communicated thoroughly to the global tea
• mTaking responsibility for releases and contributing to the ongoing support of live app
• sDelivering fair outcomes for our customers, ensuring conduct maintains a high level of professionalism

Basic qualifications

• Experience with Braze integration (user data, cloud data ingestion, campaigns, messaging, catalogs, translations, SCIM, export, messages)
• Fluency in SQL (3+ years)
• Experience with JavaScript and Typescript (3+ years)
• Experience with ReactJS (2+ years)
• Experience with AWS cloud environment (4+ years)
• Experience with enterprise-level, large-scale data-driven omnichannel and data analytics integrations
• Experience utilizing enterprise-scale data warehouse (Redshift) and data lake solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java
• Experience with Pyton
