• Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement functional user interfaces • Build reusable components and front-end libraries • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments • Ensure security and compliance best practices throughout the development lifecycle • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to junior developers • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code • Develop dynamic forms with intuitive user experience and efficient design • Create cards and implement drag-and-drop functionality • Develop component-based React architecture, event-driven architecture, and microservice frameworks • Lead user testing and analysis sessions • Maintain design standards • Work with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API • Use modern front-end build pipelines and tools • Work with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines • Work in an Agile development environment using DevSecOps principles and tools • Research advanced technologies to determine how IT can support business needs • Build and migrate software and IT services to strategic business needs and goals • Work with customer stakeholders and develop recommendations for improvement • Produce process documentation and quality deliverables • Facilitate meetings and support project lifecycle activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, UI/UX Design, or a relevant computer-based major • 10+ years of experience developing IT solutions and cloud infrastructures • Minimum 7 years of experience in UX Design, including UX Design Thinking and Principles • At least 7 years of experience with ReactJS and JavaScript • Experience with TypeScript • Experience with Data Structures and Algorithms • Proficiency with CSS, Tailwind, and related technologies • Extensive experience creating cards and implementing drag-and-drop functionality • Proven experience developing dynamic forms with intuitive user experience and efficient design • Experience with component-based React architecture, event-driven architecture, and microservice frameworks • Proficiency with UX frameworks and templates • Ability to lead user testing and analysis sessions • Solid background maintaining design standards • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines • Experience in Agile development using DevSecOps principles and tools • Experience in software engineering and design architectures • Understanding of system security measures and best practices • Experience researching advanced technologies and aligning IT solutions with business needs • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proven track record delivering scalable and reliable software solutions • Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise and relevant projects • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong project management, leadership, and meeting facilitation skills • Knowledge of the project life cycle • No security clearance required • US citizenship not required • Nice-to-have qualifications include cloud certifications, Human-Centered Design, wireframes and prototypes, Node.js, NPM packages, Next.js, JavaScript unit testing, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs
