About The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will use your skills and experience to craft beautiful and functional code, deliver high-quality software, mentor your peers, help your team learn and grow, and make an impact in an organization that is always interested in new technologies.

• Our technology: Irwin is powered by several key technologies. Our toolkit is primarily Ruby on Rails with REST powered APIs, and our web/mobile front-ends are React and ReactNative with Typescript. We expect engineers to have proficiency in one or more of these areas. Most engineers are expected to be able to cross technical domains and contribute to both the back-end and front-end as needs arise
• Your work will matter: You will be responsible to your teams and their stakeholders. You will need to maintain solid relationships with the Research, Product Management, Design, and Security & Compliance teams.
