• Develop and maintain cloud application functionalities using Spring STS, VS Code, Angular, TypeScript, and current web technologies • Develop and maintain web services using REST, JSON, or similar protocols • Develop database scripts for data issues and application database maintenance • Design and develop applications using Agile development and Scrum • Track and manage code changes using GitLab or similar source control • Perform unit/local, peer, and integration testing • Create and/or execute test plans and test cases • Perform Business Analyst duties by capturing and refining user stories • Research QA or support-team problems and provide timely resolutions • Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and the development team on requirements and solutions • Recommend improvements to functions and features • Provide programming and database support • Develop and revise programs and technical documentation • Provide daily development updates and demonstrations to federal government personnel • Deliver a positive and professional federal client service experience • Perform other assigned duties
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing web applications • 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing cloud applications using Java • 3+ years of demonstrated experience using SQL and developing database objects • 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing integrations with other applications or systems • Experience with MuleSoft, JBoss, MS SQL Server, GitLab, JIRA, and SQL Server Management Studio • Experience with SQL/T-SQL and data warehouses • Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools • Proficiency in object-oriented design and development • Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, jQuery, Angular, Node.js, and current front-end web technologies • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills • Ability to work and communicate in a team environment • Ability to translate functional requirements into web-based solutions using advanced technologies • Experience working in an Agile development environment • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks • Experience and knowledge in the software development lifecycle • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with federal consulting • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
