Mid Front-end Engineer

Description

• Build and maintain frontend features and reusable UI components • Integrate REST APIs and manage client and server-side state • Implement forms, validation, and authentication flows • Write unit and component tests • Apply performance best practices such as lazy loading and code splitting • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using cloud tools • Follow security guidelines and banking compliance requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of front-end engineering experience • Solid experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Familiarity with REST API integration and state management (React Query, Context API) • Working knowledge of common frontend libraries: Axios, Formik, Yup, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI • Experience writing frontend tests with Vitest or React Testing Library • Basic understanding of JWT authentication and cloud monitoring tools (Azure, AWS) • Ability to deliver well-tested features with some guidance • Fluency in English • Background in banking, fintech, or other regulated environments (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) or OWASP security practices (Nice to Have) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines or shared component/design systems (Nice to Have) • Fluency in Portuguese (Nice to Have)
