## Description

• Own and build key growth and acquisition surfaces: landing pages, onboarding flows, and user journeys. • Develop and maintain the tooling around Nango’s marketing stack: CMS, attribution, SEO workflows, and automation systems. • Own documentation and developer-facing experience. • Implement analytics and reporting systems to measure performance and user behavior. • Take projects end-to-end: from shaping ideas to shipping quickly. • Collaborate across engineering, product, growth, and customer success in a small team. • Bring strong ownership to visible parts of the Nango experience.

## Requirements

• 5+ years of growth engineering experience. • Excellent product sense and strong taste in UI, design, and user experience. • Comfortable with modern frontend tooling: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Javascript, Tailwind. • Growth-minded: you care about acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and user discovery. • Strong communicator. • Low ego, practical, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. • Based in North America. • Experience at a high-growth startup is a bonus.
