Description

• Own specific workstreams to continuously improve the Paloma Portal, an AI-powered patient pathway and Electronic Patient Record software • Collaborate with engineering, product, clinical, and support teams to develop and implement the technical vision • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient full-stack code in C# or TypeScript • Create and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external use • Develop complex interfaces using ReactJS and TypeScript • Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, resilient cloud-native applications on AWS or GCP • Translate product and business requirements into technical solutions • Participate in code reviews and improve software development processes and culture • Build knowledge and skills to create AI and agent-based applications for process automation, data collection, and user assistance • Progress toward Senior Fullstack Engineer with demonstrated success

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of four years of technical experience working in a company, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as scaleups • Proficiency in C# and TypeScript; Java or Python is a plus • Experience with React.js and Single-Page Application development • Experience developing and deploying containerised applications on cloud platforms, ideally GCP • Experience building event-driven systems • SQL and management of SQL databases in a cloud environment • Experience automating complex processes and user journeys, such as onboarding, triaging, and scheduling • Familiarity with spec-driven development using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently within the product and engineering team • Successful completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of pre-employment checks
