Full Stack Lead

Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). • Implement and manage microservices, modular, and monolithic architectures based on project needs. • Build high-performance frontends using Next.js, React, Redux Toolkit (RTK), and modern UI frameworks (Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI). • Create and optimize databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) with a focus on scalability and performance. • Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, SSO, and RBAC. • Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized infrastructure. • Integrate real-time features using WebSockets, Firebase, or FCM. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub, Jira, and agile processes. • Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code that follows industry best practices and testing standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Full Stack/MERN development. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. • Expertise in backend frameworks: Node.js, Express.js, NestJS. • Advanced frontend experience with React.js, Next.js, and Redux Toolkit (RTK). • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD automation, and Docker. • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture. • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Mocha. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in agile development environments.
