Full Stack Front-End Developer

Description

• Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. • Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. • Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. • Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections. • Develop and enhance Single Page Applications (SPAs) using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React. • Lead user experience modernization initiatives, creating responsive, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that improve usability and adoption. • Implement workflow interfaces and automate business processes through integrations with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Design and develop RESTful APIs and service layers to support seamless front-end and back-end integration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid iterative enhancements in an Agile environment. • Apply secure application development practices throughout the software development lifecycle to meet DoD security and compliance requirements. • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support end-to-end quality assurance activities. • Document technical solutions, user guides, and system configurations as required. • Performs additional duties as assigned or required to advance mission goals.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and responsive UI/UX development. • Experience with modern state management (Context API, TanStack Query, Redux, or equivalent). • Experience with REST API development and integration with front-end applications. • Solid understanding of Agile and iterative development methodologies. • Experience working with stakeholders to translate business processes into software requirements and solutions. • Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team settings. • Self-motivated initiator with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. • Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance at the time of consideration.
